What is your calling?
Most people think that a "calling" is something grandiose and impressive. Like ending world hunger. Or curing the common cold.

What you will come to realize through meditation is that a calling is simply the act of finding out what you are really good at (your mastery) and then finding how you can help other people with that skill (your purpose).
Once you do as much as you can in the situation you are in (your autonomy), you are following your calling.

The trick is to use your skill, to the extent possible to you in this moment, to help others. Without looking for reward, acknowledgement or praise, since these are signs of attachment and belong to the ego.

This sounds simple because it is that simple. Its only our Ego that makes it hard. In any situation, where ever you are, you always have a level of autonomy to use what you can do best to help others. Try it, and watch your life change. I call this approach Motive Balance MAP and use it in coaching sessions.
